Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Revlence website and platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Description of Service
Revlence provides an AI-powered customer experience governance platform consisting of four core capabilities:
- Intelligence Engine — signal detection, reasoning, and root cause analysis
- Commercial Attribution — financial impact scoring and revenue linkage
- Governance & Accountability — initiative tracking, ownership, and reporting
- Action & Agentic AI — automated workflows, alerts, and resolution
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts or submitting forms
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Refrain from attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or compromise the platform
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Revlence platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, and scoring methodologies — are the exclusive property of Revlence and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Customer Impact Index™ and related scoring frameworks are proprietary to Revlence.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting the data you entrust to us and processing it in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revlence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice in accordance with the terms of the applicable subscription agreement. We reserve the right to suspend access immediately if these Terms are violated.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
